Veckans skiss #83

Hej!

Tittar in en snabbis efter att ha tillbringat hela dagen i en KALL ishall i Rättvik. Mina fötter kommer nog att tina framåt våren nå tag... 

Varm blir man dock av den nya snygga skissen som vi presenterar idag på Veckans skiss. Det är Maria som har gjort den så ta och titta in nu och låt er bli inspirerade.

Ja ni gott folk, jag vet inte riktigt vad som hände när jag gjorde denna LO. Jag hade en sån snygg bild i mitt huvud, hur jag skulle tolka den läckra skissen, men någonting gick fel på vägen... Det blev liksom felkopplat där uppe på nåt vis. Men en ful layout är också en layout! Jag lägger de bevingade orden till min samling över bra-att-ha-citat-a´la-Åsa. 

Nu är det tack och god natt för den här frusna tanten...

Boo! -A Halloween card

Hi!

A good friend called me today and wanted me to follow her to our scrap shop here in Edsbyn. How can you say no to that??? So we went and found a lot of good stuff. I did two layouts when I came home so the shopping was good for my inspiration, a reason good as any!

I´ve also manage to do a spooky card, CAS of course... ;-)

Halloween

Hi!

Yesterday my daughters were invited to a friends Halloween party. I wanted them to bring something so I did two boxes that we filled with candy.

I´m not the box kind of people, I often get angry and frustrated with all that small areas to work with. But yesterday all went well and I remained calm and the friend got the boxes (lol).

Stuck?! sketches -cutie

Hi!

I´m having a nice lazy Saturday, doing some scrapping, playing games with my kids and tonight I´m having dinner with some girl friends. A pretty good day!

It´s for the October 15th sketch over at Stuck?! sketches. 

This is my sisters dog Ruben from Midsommarafton this year. It´s a tradition here to wear a wreath of flowers this day so of course the dog had to have one too. :-)

ScrapMuch? -Sketch-y Friday

Finally Friday, yeah! I´m so needing the weekend right now. But before I can really relax I have to fix my daughters costumes for tonights Halloween party at school. My hands are all red from all that fake blood. And one of the daughters will dye her hair black, so my hands will soon turn into black instead.... Give me some strength! :-)

Less is More -Masculine

Hi!

Yesterday an old friend ask me if I could do a card for her friends 40th birthday. It´s a woman and they will give her a free meal at a fancy restaurant (we call it a "star restaurant" in Sweden and I don´t know how to say it in English). Therefore I wanted ta have some stars at the card. BUT it was harder than I thought... Every card I made turned out masculine. So I had to skip the star thing... 

However, this is one of the cards I made today. I recall that Less is More have a current challenge with the theme masculine. Perfect!

The word grattis means Happy Birthday.

CASology -YOU

Hi!

This weekend was too short. I didn´t want it to end so quickly. We have been to my hometown and celebrated my sisters hubby on his 40th birthday. I can´t believe it´s my turn next year.... 

I haven´t spent a minute with scrap since Thursday so I had to do a card now when we arrived at home. 

This is for CASology  and this week you should do a card inspired by the word YOU. So I did. There can´t be to much love in the world!

Sparkle -Addicted to CAS

Hi!

I´m a bit frustrated because I can´t get my photos to look good when I shoot my cards. I need to find a better place and a better way to do it. Maybe I have to move to a country where it isn´t so dark as here in Sweden :-) and maybe it´s warmer too.... Enough talking about this... 

I´ve made a card for Addicted to CAS because that´s what I am... And because I liked the code word: SPARKLE. 

You can´t really see in the picture how much the big snowflake actually sparkle, but it does. You have to take my word for it. 

A closeup (even darker....Gah...)!

And because I´m still living here in the dark, cold Sweden I write in Swedish sometimes on my cards. God Jul means Merry Christmas.

Stuck?! sketches -October 1st

Hi!

I hope you all have a nice weekend. I´m alone with the kids since Thursday because my hubby is off for a bandy tournament. I try to say to him everyday that he´s and old man and can´t play anymore but he´ll not listen to me... ;-) Worth a try anyway... 

Some days ago I did a contribution to Stuck?! sketches. It was a bit tricky sketch for me this time but I like how it ended up. It´s nice to take a challenge!

This is me and my first friend from when we were children. She is one year older than me and lived next door. 

My title Vänner från barndomen means Friends from childhood.

WCMD -Make it Masculine

As you see, I love to make my cards a bit clean & graphic in B&W. 

This card is for my sisters partner who will turn 40 soon. He loves fishing so I think this suites him very well.

Merry Christmas -WCMD 2015

Hi!

This is my third entry to the World Cardmaking day over at Winnie & Walter. It´s for the sketch challenge. 

I started to stamp a lot of snowflakes and embossed them. I coloured my background with Distress Ink "faded jeans" and I wanted it to look like the sky in the winter. 

God Jul means Merry Christmas in swedish.

Förra veckan hade En liten butik en skissvecka då dom bjöd på en hel drös med snygga och inspirerande skisser. Jag hade tänkt hinna med allihopa men det blev inte så tyvärr. 

Här kommer dock ett kort som jag har gjort efter en härlig skiss av Tesa.

Hi!

The mornings here in Sweden is really cold now. You have to wear gloves and a hat when you go to work. I´m not looking forward to the even more chilly mornings that are ahead of us. 

I´ve been starting to do my Christmas cards. This is one of them, all in white and with some glitter.

Paper Issues

Somedays ago I made a layout for Paper Issues linky party  How´bout them apples. It´s the first time i participate so I hope I got it all right. 

They gave you a couple of ideas to use and I used some of them, the fall theme and colours and a leaf patterned paper and embellishments. 

My title höst means Fall.
