Paper Issues Spring Crop -Tic-Tac-Toe

Hi!

Rain today = perfect weather for a scrappy day. 

I made a Tic-Tac-Toe challenge for Paper Issues Spring Crop on FB. 

I used the row: Die Cut-Journaling-Pattered paper. 

I just find out it could also work with the row: Die Cut-Enamel Dots-Cardstock.
